Alec Shimell joined OffDeal as a Senior M&A Advisor in 2025 and is responsible for guiding business owners through successful sale processes. Prior to OffDeal, Alec spent six years on Wall Street at Macquarie and KeyBanc Capital Markets, where he focused on M&A in the industrials, infrastructure, and energy sectors.
Alec is originally from Philadelphia and received a BSBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
