Jon Burke joined OffDeal as a Senior M&A Advisor in 2026 and is responsible for guiding business owners through successful sale processes. Prior to OffDeal, Jon spent five years in transaction advisory focused on quality of earnings and financial due diligence, and after that worked in investment banking at a middle-market firm.

Jon is originally from Long Island, New York and studied Accounting and Finance at Binghamton University.
