Ori Eldarov is the Founder and CEO of OffDeal, an AI-powered investment bank designed to simplify mergers and acquisitions for small businesses. Ori launched OffDeal to bring Fortune 500-level advisory and sophisticated financial tools directly to Main Street, enabling business owners to realize the full value of their life's work with minimal disruption to their daily operations.
Having grown up around small business owners, Ori understands firsthand the pride, dedication, and personal investment involved in running a business, and he's committed to supporting owners through one of their most important financial decisions. His goal is to make selling a small business simpler, and more rewarding for every owner.
Prior to starting OffDeal, Ori spent over 7 years as an investment banker on Wall Street, having advised on over $20 billion of deals. He is an MBA graduate from Harvard Business School, a frequent contributor to the Forbes Technology Council, and regularly appears on podcasts discussing small business exits and how owners can leverage technology to streamline their operations.
In 2024, OffDeal raised $4.7M from top-tier investors to help more business owners get acquired and achieve life-changing outcomes.
