Zev Ben-Ami joined OffDeal as a Senior M&A Advisor in 2026 and is responsible for guiding business owners through successful sale processes. Prior to OffDeal, Zev spent five years on Wall Street at Solomon Partners on the Infrastructure, Power & Renewables team, where he ran sell-side processes for gas-fired power plants, container terminals, airports, toll roads, data centers, and solar and wind farms.

Today, Zev works closely with business owners across asset-heavy and industrial businesses, and he works flexibly across OffDeal's priority industries.

Zev is originally from Long Island, New York and received a BBA from Baruch College.
