Riverview Landscapes Acquires B&B Landscaping & Gardening in 27th Deal

What happened

Riverview Landscapes has acquired B&B Landscaping & Gardening, Inc., a commercial and residential landscaping and snow management company based in Cortlandt Manor, New York. Riverview announced the deal on July 21, 2026. B&B's Cortlandt Manor facility will operate as an additional office for Riverview's Westchester operations, and the business now goes to customers under the Riverview Landscapes name. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The seller

Alex Bronzo and Frank Bruno founded B&B in 1989. The company provides landscape maintenance, property enhancements and snow management to commercial and residential customers throughout Westchester County.

Both founders spoke to the sale. "After more than 35 years building B&B, Frank and I felt it was important to find a partner who would take care of our customers and employees the same way we always have," Bronzo said. Bruno added: "We are confident the business is in great hands."

Riverview is telling former B&B customers they will get "the same great team, now backed by the resources of a regional company." The announcement did not say what roles Bronzo and Bruno hold after closing.

The buyer

When the deal was announced, Riverview Landscapes provided landscaping and snow services across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts and Pennsylvania with more than 800 employees; it now lists Rhode Island among its operating states as well. It is backed by management and Talus Holdings, which partners with operators to build service platforms and counts Riverview among its landscape services companies. B&B is Riverview's 27th acquisition since its 2022 founding.

"B&B is a tremendous addition to our Greater Westchester County branch," said Liam Burrell, Riverview's chief financial officer. "This acquisition further strengthens our presence throughout Westchester County."

It is not Riverview's first Westchester deal. In April 2024, its sixth and seventh acquisitions, Ultimate Care Landscaping and the maintenance division of Labriola Landscaping, both serving Westchester County, formed a new Tarrytown branch managed by Larry Labriola. The acquisition before B&B came eight days earlier: Kevin Labadini Corporation, a commercial landscaping and snow management provider in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, announced July 13 as Riverview's 26th.

What this means for Westchester landscaping owners

B&B did not become a Riverview branch of its own. A company its founders built over more than 35 years is now an office inside a branch Riverview already runs in the county, and the B&B name has given way to Riverview's. That is a different outcome from Riverview's 2024 Westchester transactions, where Ultimate Care and Labriola's maintenance division became a new branch under Larry Labriola.
