Arctic Breeze Air Conditioning & Heating Joins Liberty Service Partners

What happened

Arctic Breeze Air Conditioning & Heating, an HVAC contractor based in Palm Coast, Florida, joined Liberty Service Partners on April 24, 2026. Liberty announced the deal from Dallas as a partnership with the company. Clew Partners originated the transaction and served as buy-side advisor to Liberty and its sponsor, NorthCurrent Partners, a New York private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The seller

Brothers Mark and John Eidman started Arctic Breeze in 2002. In 2018 they handed the business to Mark's children, Mark Eidman Jr. and Erin Snider, who had been involved in it since the beginning. The two now run the company as owners and presidents. It is family-owned and operated.

Arctic Breeze serves homeowners along the Northeast Florida coast: Palm Coast, Flagler Beach, Ormond Beach, Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, and the communities around them. It installs, repairs, replaces, and maintains air conditioning, heating, heat pump, and ductless systems, and it also offers indoor air quality products, duct cleaning, weatherization, and commercial HVAC service.

In the announcement, Mark Jr. and Erin said "this partnership will allow Arctic Breeze to invest in our employees' growth to better their families and serve our customers for many years to come." Arctic Breeze now appears on Liberty's roster of partner brands under its own name.

The buyer

Liberty Service Partners is a residential home services company based in Addison, Texas. It provides HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and backup power services. It grew out of NorthCurrent's flagship investment in late 2020. Jason Hiller is chief executive, and Nick Rossino leads mergers and acquisitions.

Liberty's roster now lists 18 brands in markets from Rhode Island to Texas. Eight of them are in Florida, with brands in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa, Lake Wales, and West Palm Beach. Three days before the Arctic Breeze announcement, Liberty announced a partnership with HVAC & Plumbing Unlimited in Northern Virginia.

"We couldn't have asked for a better partner in Florida," Hiller said in the announcement. "The Eidmans have built Arctic Breeze the right way — by taking care of their people and doing good work."

Liberty's second brand in the St. Augustine market

Arctic Breeze is not Liberty's first company serving St. Augustine. In November 2024, Liberty acquired Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning, a residential HVAC company in St. Augustine that Todd and Brenda Wilson founded in 2001. At the time, Rossino said "St. Augustine is a vibrant market and has been a target for expansion for LSP." Both companies now sit on Liberty's roster under their own names, and both list St. Augustine in their service areas. What this means for Northeast Florida HVAC owners

Owning Wilson in St. Augustine did not keep Liberty from adding a second family-run company serving the same town seventeen months later. For an HVAC owner in the area, that makes a platform already working in your towns a possible buyer, not only a competitor. In both deals, the company had been in one family's hands for more than two decades.
