Leap Partners and 360 Plumbing Service

What happened

Leap Partners, a Nashville-based home services company, acquired 360 Plumbing Service, a plumbing company serving Richmond, Virginia, and the surrounding region. Leap announced the deal on November 3, 2026, as its expansion into Virginia. 360 Plumbing Service will continue to operate under its established brand name. Founder Bob Mancino will continue to lead the company alongside his team, guiding daily operations with added resources, capital, and support from Leap. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The seller

Bob Mancino founded 360 Plumbing Service in 2014. Leap's announcement describes it as a family-run business with more than 35 years of master-level plumbing experience, and as a top-ranked Richmond-area provider with multiple local awards. The company is based in Midlothian and serves Midlothian, Chesterfield, Chester, Richmond, North Chesterfield, Henrico, and Bonair.

360 Plumbing Service does residential and commercial plumbing, from drain and sewer line repair and gas lines to traditional and tankless water heaters. Its commercial work covers restroom fixtures, water fountains, and power-vent water heaters. It also offers backflow testing, sewer camera scoping, and 24/7 emergency service, and it works with realtors.

"Their business model respects what local leaders have built, and having their support backing us will help us scale our operations and better serve families and businesses across our community," Mancino said of Leap.

The buyer

Leap Partners is headquartered in Nashville and led by CEO John Cerasuolo. Concentric Equity Partners, the direct investing arm of Financial Investments Corporation, formed Leap in March 2022. Concentric provided the controlling equity for Leap's first acquisition, an HVAC company in Huntsville, Alabama, and lists Leap as an active investment.

Leap says it has acquired 36 HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies over the last four years. Its portfolio spans Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. Leap's previous announcement, of Van's Electric in Franklin, North Carolina, on September 2, 2026, put the count at 35 companies across eight states, without Virginia.

"We are thrilled to partner with Bob and his team to support their next phase of growth while preserving the high standards their customers rely on," Cerasuolo said.

How Leap structures the companies it buys

Leap's earlier announcements describe the same arrangement as this one. Van's Electric, a third-generation electrical business incorporated in 2003, kept its brand, and co-owners Chris and Scott VanderWoude continue to lead it. Appalachian Heating, a third-generation business serving West Virginia since 1948, was Leap's entry into that state in October 2024. It kept its brand, with father and son Dan and Daniel Akers leading its teams. The company also served customers in Virginia. Leap's two most recent releases invite owners to sell "whether they want to stay involved or plan an exit." What this means for plumbing owners

A long history was not the price of entry with this buyer. For owners who founded their company within the last ten or fifteen years, platforms of this kind belong on the list of possible buyers. The founder-led arrangement Leap uses means a sale to one need not end the owner's role in the business.
