T3 Services Group Acquires Element Home Services, Adding Three States

What happened

T3 Services Group, an Austin, Texas-based group of residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical companies, acquired Element Home Services, a residential home services company operating in Arizona, Colorado, Utah and Wyoming. Element's markets include St. George, Utah; Durango, Colorado; Jackson, Wyoming; and Northern Arizona. T3 said the deal expands its Colorado presence and introduces it to three new states. Financial terms were not disclosed.

The seller

Jon and Jaimie Graham founded Element. Jon started in the trades at 15 and learned the work hands-on; Jaimie, his wife and co-founder, brings operational leadership and a chemistry background that shapes the company's water filtration and air quality work, built around local problems such as arsenic and very hard water. The company's name draws on both: Jon's skateboarding and Jaimie's chemistry.

Element repairs, maintains and replaces plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical systems in homes, around the clock, and adds water filtration and softening. The mix differs by market: Durango and Jackson operate as plumbing businesses, while St. George offers plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical service.

Jon Graham, Element's founder and CEO, grew the company from a single location into a multi-state operation through organic growth and acquisitions. In Northern Arizona, Element combined with HardLuck Plumbing, a plumber based in Williams. The Southern Utah business won gold in the Best of Southern Utah awards in 2025 and 2026.

Element will keep its brand and local leadership. "We built Element through grit, teamwork and the belief that taking care of people is the foundation of a great home services company," Jon Graham said. "T3 understands what makes Element special."

The buyer

T3 is a portfolio company of The Riverside Company, which invested in November 2020 through its Riverside Capital Appreciation fund. Riverside's deal team included Principal Harrison Petts, Co-Chief Investment Officer Brad Roberts, Anne Hayes and David Fowles. Joe Finney is T3's chief executive. T3 supports its partner companies centrally in artificial intelligence, technology, marketing, recruiting, training, operations, finance and business intelligence, while the companies keep their own names.

T3's other brands operate in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Washington and Idaho. The oldest is B. Carlson Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing in Albuquerque, founded in 1971; its Colorado brand is Done Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric in Denver. With Element, T3 counts eight partner companies.

What this means for Mountain West plumbing owners

One acquisition gave T3 brands in Arizona, Utah and Wyoming, states where it had none. What it bought was not a single-market shop but a founder-run company that had already crossed state lines, partly by combining with HardLuck in Northern Arizona. Plumbers in St. George, Durango and Jackson now compete with an Element that has T3's shared back office behind it, under the same name and local leadership.
