Service Country announced on September 28, 2026, that All Tech Plumbing, Heat & Air of Lawton, Oklahoma, had joined its platform. All Tech was one of five companies in the same announcement. The other four were GNG Plumbing in Orange Beach, Alabama; Bailey's Heating & Air in Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia; Southern Trust Home Services in Roanoke, Virginia; and Springfield Heating and Air in Madison, Mississippi. Service Country describes each deal as a partnership, and the announcement does not state what stake it took. The announcement included no price or other financial terms.
All Tech is a residential heating, cooling, and plumbing company headquartered in Lawton, with a second office in Oklahoma City. It has served the Oklahoma City metro since 2019. Its service area covers central and southwest Oklahoma, a list of towns that runs from Altus and Waurika to Edmond, Norman, and Shawnee and includes Tinker Air Force Base.
Alongside air conditioning, furnace, and heat pump work, All Tech installs geothermal systems and ductless mini-splits and handles indoor air quality and ductwork. Its plumbing side covers drains, water heaters, water treatment, and gas lines. The company runs 24-hour emergency service and a maintenance membership it calls the All-Comfort Club.
Service Country is a platform of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies that describes its focus as smaller cities and towns across the Southeast. It is backed by Grove Mountain Partners, an Atlanta private equity firm that invests in middle-market home service and specialty business service companies. John B. Koch, a partner at Grove Mountain, is Service Country's chairman. George Easley is its chief executive.
The platform's first company was McGee Heating & Air in South Carolina. By September 2024, when it added Childers Air Plumbing & Electric in Beckley, West Virginia, and two other companies, Koch said Service Country had grown to five companies in eight months. It now counts 12 partner brands across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia.
"These five companies are a great representation of the type of businesses we want to partner with at Service Country," Easley said in the announcement. "Each has built a strong local reputation by taking care of its employees, serving its customers well and becoming an important part of its community."
Service Country follows an earlier Grove Mountain platform. Beginning in June 2021, the firm brought together 12 HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses under Unique Indoor Comfort. It sold that group to Ace Hardware in a transaction that closed on April 12, 2023. At the sale, Grove Mountain said Unique's chief executive and its management team, including the brand presidents, would continue to lead the company.
Service Country sets out its own terms in the announcement. Each of the five new partners keeps its existing brand and local leadership and draws on the platform's support in marketing, operations, training, and technology. The platform also handles finance, IT, insurance, payroll, and recruiting centrally. "Service Country was built around the idea that great local home services companies do not need to give up the things that made them successful in order to reach their next stage of growth," Koch said. For an owner weighing a partnership offer, this sponsor's record puts a sale of the platform itself on the table as something that has already happened once. The brand and leadership commitments that count are the ones written to hold through a change of control above the business, not only on the day it joins.
